Slimy Globaloria

The crew of students I have this year have been a blast already. They are enjoying the solitude of the class atmosphere and they don't seem to mind the work involved in getting going in the curriculum. It is awesome to work with these guys and gals and be able to integrate their needs into the class and even add the fun of science. The other day they made glow in the dark slime....even though I explained how the reaction worked and how the energy released by the zinc sulfide is what causes the "glowing effect" they had a great time. I would like to get them started in flash next. We'll see how things go. Peace out!
