Globaloria Summer Session 2009 (Day 1)

Wow! Today proved to be very informative and very busy. Some of the "Highlights" of the day included:

• Meeting the other teachers and mentors involved with WVGlobaloria.


• Set-up and efficient use of the Wikis and Blogs.


• Guidelines on getting students started during the first week of the school year.


• Finalizing and presenting team games.

The enthusiasm of the teams/teachers when presenting their games was exciting and somewhat intimidating for me as a "rookie". I've got to do some catching up so I can be effective in the classroom!
